Recently, in the production workshop of JiangSu Feeling Filament science&Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as "our company"), the roaring sounds of high-speed automatic equipment have been heard one after another, presenting a bustling production scene. From raw material input to finished product output, all procedures in the entire process are closely connected and efficiently coordinated.
1.Project Overview
Our company is located in Yizheng Chemical Fiber Weaving Technology Industrial Park. As a high-tech enterprise in the field of recycled polyester fibers, we currently hold 29 national patents (including invention patents and utility model patents).
Our company plans to add an 80,000-ton recycled plastic flakes cleaning production line in the existing factory area at No. 18, Longitudinal Third Road, Xupu Industrial Concentration Zone, Zhenzhou Town, Yizheng City. The recycled plastic flakes after cleaning will be used as raw materials for the hollow conjugated fiber.Its newly-built "80,000-ton hollow conjugated fiber production line per year" will start trial operation at the end of June 2025 and is expected to achieve full mass production in July. The total investment in the technological transformation project is 45 million yuan, among which the equipment investment exceeds 30 million yuan. It is expected that after the project is fully operational, the annual output is likely to increase from 22,000 tons to 50,000 tons, doubling the output. The annual invoicing sales will increase by 550 million yuan, and the tax revenue into the Treasury will increase by 33 million yuan at the same time.
2.The company's future strategy
At present, our company's products cover fields such as home textiles, sound insulation materials, and automotive interiors. The nonwoven fabric series products developed simultaneously, with their excellent skin-friendliness and flow-conducting performance, are widely used in the surface and flow-conducting layers of baby and adult diapers and sanitary napkins.
Its innovatively developed recycled differentiated fiber products have also become important filling materials for high-end bedding, down garments and cold-proof clothing, and are highly favored by the market. Zhu Guangyu, the chairman of our company, introduced that in the future, we will focus on expanding high-value-added applications such as the bottom plates of car trunks.
From January to April this year, our company's invoicing sales reached 60 million yuan, and our products were exported to international markets such as Europe and Southeast Asia. Zhu Guangyu stated that in the future, they will adhere to the strategy of "prioritizing export and supplementing domestic sales", and deepen cooperation with leading global enterprises.
